We deliver free of charge with Planzer Logistik to the curbside.

After our pickup confirmation, you can stop by Planzer during their opening hours and pick up the pergola. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will notice a warehouse door where you can check in.

Duration

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products.

Implementation

In the event of a warranty claim, we handle all services. We carry them out ourselves to ensure that you, as our customer, receive the best possible support. In addition, we keep all required spare parts in stock. This allows us to ensure a fast and smooth processing of your warranty case at any time.
