Do I need to sign up?
No. You configure everything without an account. An email is only needed if you want to save your configuration or receive the PDF quote.
How long does it take?
In Simple mode you’re through in about five minutes — seven steps, essentials only. In Complete mode there are nine steps with technical details, surroundings and sun position. You can switch at any time.
Are the prices binding?
Standard sizes come 1:1 from the online shop, made-to-measure work and installation follow the price list. The total shown includes VAT. At the end you turn it into your PDF quote at a locked-in price.
Can I see the pergola at my own home?
Yes, in two ways: upload your own terrace photo as a background — or use AR on your phone and place the pergola full size in your garden.
What about custom sizes and colours?
Both right in the configurator: made to measure to the centimetre, from 200 to 2000 cm in length, and any RAL colour for a surcharge. Price and delivery time adjust immediately.
Can my configuration get lost?
No. Via Save you get a personal link — your setup stays there and can be shared. You can also email it to yourself.
Who installs the pergola?
Your choice: self-installation in one day with three people, instructions and videos included — with 10 % off the product price. Or professional installation by our own team.
Do I need a building permit?
That depends on your municipality and location. In the Services step you can hand the application to us — we handle the procedure for CHF 1'000. A foundation recommendation from our landscaper is free.
