Delivery and Installation

Delivery is made by truck or via a logistics service provider to the address specified by the customer, for example the home address or the construction site. The transport costs are shown separately in the order confirmation. Delivery includes unloading (e.g. parking area or access driveway), but does not include bringing the goods into the building.

If assembly or installation has been agreed, one single trip to site is included in the transport price. Additional trips will be charged separately. Disposal of packaging materials or pallets is the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery dates provided by Sky Pergola are non-binding. Sky Pergola makes every effort to meet the planned dates, but cannot guarantee them. Claims for damages or withdrawal from the contract due to delivery delays are excluded.

Sky Pergola is entitled to make partial deliveries. A delivery date can only be met if the customer provides all required information as well as the necessary prerequisites for delivery and installation in good time.

If special organizational or structural measures are required for assembly, for example the use of a crane or special access options to the construction site, Sky Pergola must be informed of this already at the time the contract is concluded. Sky Pergola is entitled to carry out the corresponding measures itself or to have them carried out by commissioned third-party companies. The resulting costs shall be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all structural prerequisites for proper installation are in place, in particular a suitable base as well as the required electricity and water connections.

Responsibility for any necessary permits or approvals (e.g. from the building authority, homeowners’ association, or property owner) lies entirely with the customer. The absence of such permits does not affect the validity of the contract between Sky Pergola and the customer.
