  • Technical review and clarification of sold projects
  • Detailed planning of hot tub, swim spa and pergola projects
  • Coordination with architects, landscape gardeners and site managers
  • Coordination of internal installers and external partners
  • Scheduling and resource management
  • Quality assurance before, during and after installation
  • Project controlling (time, budget, materials)
  • Documentation and maintenance in ClickUp / HubSpot / bexio
  • Ensuring smooth processes through to final acceptance

Professional qualifications

  • Commercial employee (EFZ)
  • Further training in project management an advantage (e.g. Technician HF, Project Manager)
  • Experience in construction or project execution
  • Technical understanding of electrical, water and foundation connections
  • Structured use of digital tools (ClickUp, CRM systems an advantage)
  • Fluent German; English or French an advantage
