General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Sky Pergola Dubai and the customer, regardless of whether the contract is concluded via the website www.skypergola.ae, by email, by telephone, or as part of a consultation.

2. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded as soon as:

  • the customer accepts a quotation in writing
  • an order is completed in the online shop
  • an order confirmation is issued by Sky Pergola

3. Prices and quotations

All prices are non-binding and may be adjusted at any time. Quotations are generally valid for 14 days.

Delivery, installation, and additional costs are shown separately.

4. Standard pergola and custom-made products

Standard models are usually delivered from stock within a few days.

Custom-made products may have a production time of up to 3–4 months and are excluded from cancellation.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes or cancellations are only possible as long as production has not yet started.

Custom-made products can neither be changed nor cancelled once production has started.

6. Delivery and installation

Delivery is carried out by a logistics service provider to the address specified by the customer.

Delivery is made to the access area or car park. Bringing the goods inside is not part of the delivery.

7. Payment terms

Private customers generally pay:

  • 50% deposit upon ordering
  • 50% balance payment before delivery or installation

8. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Sky Pergola until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty

Sky Pergola provides the following warranties:

  • 10 years on the aluminium structure
  • 4 years on mechanical components
  • 2 years on electrical components

10. Liability

Sky Pergola is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or damages caused by force majeure.

11. Data protection

Personal data is used exclusively for contract processing and customer communication.

12. Applicable law

All contracts are subject to Swiss law.

Place of jurisdiction is Baden (AG), Switzerland.
