The additional arms ensure even tension of the awning fabric and greater stability on the larger models – especially important in windy conditions or with longer projections.

After receiving your deposit, we will usually deliver your awning within 2-3 business days. Delivery is made by a freight carrier with a liftgate to the curb. The driver will call you approximately 30 minutes before arrival.

For custom-made pergolas, the delivery time is currently approximately 3 to 3.5 months, as they are produced individually according to your specifications.

Your pergola will be delivered reliably by our logistics partner, Planzer. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange a convenient delivery date. The driver will also contact you approximately 1-2 hours before arrival so you can prepare for the delivery.

The pergola will be delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approximately 45–55 kg. Please ensure you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A lifting platform is usually available, but a helping hand will be required when placing the goods on your property.
