How quickly can I get my pergola?
Standard models (SkyLite ECO, SkyMotion LED, SkyMax Ultra) are available in standard sizes from our Spreitenbach warehouse within 2–6 business days. For custom sizes or special powder coatings, please allow 12–14 weeks.

What warranty is available?
We provide a 10-year warranty on the aluminum structure, a 5-year warranty on moving parts (louvers, roller blinds), and a 2-year warranty on motors & electronics. In the event of damage, we replace it free of charge — service team in Würenlingen, no international shipping.
Can I install the pergola myself?
Yes—explicitly. Over 70% of our customers install it themselves, usually with two people in 5–8 hours. You’ll get step-by-step videos, foundation plans as a PDF, and WhatsApp support during installation.
What custom sizes are possible?
We manufacture custom sizes from 2×2 m to 4×8 m in 25 cm increments. Custom colors (RAL standard) at no extra charge from an order quantity of 1. Special finishes (anodized, wood look) available on request.
Does the smart home integration work reliably?
Yes — tested with Apple HomeKit, Google Home, and Alexa. Also Matter-enabled from model year 2025. The app is developed in-house, runs on iOS and Android, and also works without internet on the local Wi‑Fi.
What does the pergola really cost — final price?
The prices on the website are final prices including 8.1% VAT, delivery within Switzerland, and standard mounting components. No hidden costs, no quote calls.
What if I’m not satisfied?
14-day return policy from delivery. If the pergola doesn’t fit, we’ll pick it up free of charge. The right of return does not apply to custom-made products — but you’ll receive advice in advance in the showroom or via video call.
